Currently we are accepting artists submission for the Spring shows, which are the first in our art fair tour series of European Art Salons in 2023. We shall be exhibiting in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco with a selection of emerging and mid-career artists. Fees: An application fee €25 is payable when submitting your form for consideration. You are asked to select the wall size you need (between 1 to 3 meters) and your booth promotional package. This ranges between €980 – €2500.- which includes PR, onsite staff at the booth, uninstall and install services plus packing and shipping to the customer. Your work is also promoted on ARTSY a week before and a month after the event. In case of a sale, a gallery 15% commission is payable based on sales price.
Service on-site at the fair: The artist does not have to be present at the fair. Our team will be on site for install, collector relations, selling and uninstall, and repacking of unsold works.
Shipping to and from the event (unsold artworks) is the responsibility of and paid by the artist. Detail of how and what to do for shipping is explained upon submission acceptance. If you are accepted to exhibit also in other cities in our tour, your artwork will be stored with us free of charge.
Process: Upon acceptance, you will be notified by email and receive the contract with choice of wall space required. Artist is required to submit a list of artworks for the fair for final approval, along with a price list, artist statement, CV, and social media links/handles. A ZOOM call is scheduled with the artists for a Q+A session to ensure all questions are addressed regarding curatorial hanging, PR efforts and logistics, and incase the artist wishes to be present at the fair.
